Melissa Dietschweiler, DVM
Veterinarian - Small Animal
Dr. Melissa Dietschweiler (Dr. Melissa) grew up in southeast Wisconsin and often found herself helping out with the chickens and cows on her family’s homestead. After getting a job on a horse farm and working with the veterinarian there, she quickly realized her passion for veterinary medicine and has been pursuing that dream ever since!
After earning her undergraduate degree from UW-Parkside, she attended Iowa State University College of Veterinary Medicine graduating in 2016. Upon graduation, she moved back to southeast Wisconsin and has been practicing as a small animal veterinarian where she enjoys working with clients to achieve the best medicine possible for their family pets. Her special interests include preventative medicine, ophthalmology, and ultrasound.
In her spare time Dr. Melissa enjoys spending time with her husband and their three children. They love to go hiking, camping, and anything else outdoors! They also have two dogs named Bentley and Sven, two barn cats, four guinea pigs, and a flock of chickens
