Kristen Zainer, DVM

Dr. Kristen Stowell graduated from the Royal Veterinary College, London in 2018. After receiving her DVM, she completed a rotating internship in equine surgery, internal medicine, and ambulatory medicine at the University of Illinois. She then completed a second year-long internship with Virginia Equine Imaging specializing in equine lameness and sports medicine with the United States Olympic Eventing and Dressage Team veterinarians. Dr. Stowell was an avid Pony Club member and competed through the 2* level of eventing before going to vet school. In her spare time, she enjoys Ironman triathlons, marathons, Brewer's games, and traveling north to the cabin with her fiance, Kris, and their 2 dogs, Blue and Oli.
